Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and was addressed
in Notes 6.0.3 and 6.5

Fixed a problem where NotesUIWorkspace.CurrentDocument was not available in the
PostOpen event of a form opened via the NotesUIWorkspace.DialogBox method. The
"Source" parameter in that method was not affected by the problem or fix. This
regression was introduced in 6.0.
As a workaround for versions prior to 6.0.3, make use of the Source variable
provided in the form events. This variable provides a handle to the current
document.
